操作超聲波清洗機的正確注意事項

開機之前一定要在設(shè)備中倒入清洗液，而且被清洗的物品是不能夠和清洗機的槽底結(jié)束的。好能夠把工件放到籃筐中，這樣能夠保護(hù)好機器，也能夠讓物品得到充分的清洗。

不能選擇強酸或者強堿性的清洗液，帶有腐蝕性或者有毒性的清洗液更加要慎用了。

正確使用步驟：

1、參照超聲波清洗機安裝說明書，連接清洗機的電控柜與主機間的溫控傳感器信號線、超聲驅(qū)動線、加熱器控制線等線路，并接通380VAC電源，安裝清洗機的上水管、放水管與溢流排放管。

1. Refer to the installation instructions of the ultrasonic cleaning machine, connect the temperature control sensor signal line, ultrasonic drive line, heater control line and other lines between the electric control cabinet of the cleaning machine and the host machine, connect the 380VAC power supply, and install the water supply pipe, drain pipe and overflow drain pipe of the cleaning machine.

2、向清洗池內(nèi)加入適量清水，液面高度以浸沒將要清洗的零部件為準(zhǔn)，一般不超過清洗池的3/4。

2. Add an appropriate amount of clean water into the cleaning pool, and the liquid level shall be subject to the immersion of the parts to be cleaned, generally not more than 3/4 of the cleaning pool.

3、啟動電控加熱開關(guān)，將水溫調(diào)節(jié)旋鈕上的白色刻度線指向適當(dāng)?shù)臏囟?應(yīng)為60℃左右)。清洗機在使用過程中，清洗劑的高溫度不應(yīng)超過70℃。

3. Start the electric control heating switch and point the white scale mark on the water temperature regulating knob to the appropriate temperature (about 60 ℃). During the use of the cleaning machine, the high temperature of the cleaning agent shall not exceed 70 ℃.

4、待水溫升至40℃左右時，將清洗劑加入清洗池中，攪動清水使其充分溶解(此時亦可啟動超聲波或開啟鼓氣裝置進(jìn)行攪拌)。

4. When the water temperature rises to about 40 ℃, add the cleaning agent into the cleaning pool and stir the clean water to fully dissolve it (at this time, the ultrasonic wave can also be started or the air blowing device can be started to stir).

5、清洗之前宜用竹刀先將零部件表面的污垢簡單清潔一下，超聲波能夠進(jìn)行清洗，但其對泥類的污物處理能力較弱，故預(yù)處理中，應(yīng)盡量將黃泥或稀泥類的污物去除。

5. Before cleaning, it is advisable to use a bamboo knife to simply clean the dirt on the surface of parts. Ultrasonic can clean, but its ability to treat mud is weak. Therefore, yellow mud or mud should be removed as much as possible during pretreatment.
