該設(shè)備采用懸掛式的清洗方式，用懸掛式進(jìn)行不定位清洗，烘干、清洗效率好，方便烘干，整個線體為環(huán)形式，工人在上料處將工裝框掛上輸送鏈，工件經(jīng)輸送鏈的傳動自動經(jīng)過上料 → 超聲波粗洗槽 → 噴淋過水1槽 → 超聲波精洗槽 → 噴淋過水2槽→ 鼓泡純水槽 → 滴液區(qū) →干燥 → 下料后進(jìn)入到下料處，工人將工件從掛具上取下來即可，空掛具隨輸送鏈繼續(xù)行進(jìn)進(jìn)行下一個循環(huán)，此設(shè)備清洗效率高，既節(jié)省電能；又減少故障率，深入理解設(shè)計(jì)的除油、實(shí)用有效。
